What we collect
Visarly may process account details, uploaded visa documents, applicant information, payment status and generated review results to provide the service.
Why we process it
We use this information to deliver requested reviews, secure your account, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Production processing must be supported by an appropriate UK GDPR lawful basis.
Retention and deletion
Documents should be retained only as long as needed to provide the service and then securely deleted. Account holders should be able to request access, correction or erasure of their personal data.
Current demo
This demonstration does not upload or persist documents, create accounts, send email or take real payments. A production release requires final controller details, retention periods, subprocessors and contact information.
